Civil contractors
Get quantities from the plans without tracing every run, then carry them to your bid with the marks behind every number.
Automated Civil Takeoff
floQTO reads your plan set, finds the utilities, paving and site quantities, and measures them for you. You check the work instead of tracing every line.

Why floQTO
The work you do by hand in a PDF is the work floQTO takes off your plate. You stay in charge of the result.
What You Get
You don't have to trust a number. Every quantity floQTO produces comes with marks you can see, check and correct.
An item's total is the sum of its marks. Select it and see exactly what was measured, on the sheet it came from. Your source PDF is never changed.
floQTO doesn't guess. If one sheet calls a pipe 24-inch and another calls it 18-inch, it flags that spot on the drawing, shows you both sources and waits for your call.

Need separate quantities for each phase, section or road? Draw the limits once and every quantity splits where it crosses them.
Export the reviewed takeoff as Excel or PDF, organized by item and split by area. Attach the project's bid form and the rows follow its wording.

How It Works
AI works through every sheet, including overalls, details, legends and profiles, the way an estimator would.
Nobody has to hunt through sheets for the work.
It identifies pipes, structures, paving and other items, and how they connect, from the plan's own symbols and callouts.
Your takeoff follows the job, not loose lines.
Lengths, areas and counts come from the plan's linework at its calibrated scale, not from an AI guess.
Every quantity can be checked and defended.
A second pass compares the marks to the plans for missed, duplicated or mislabeled items. What the plans can't settle becomes a finding.
You review the questions that matter, not every line.
Who it's for
Get quantities from the plans without tracing every run, then carry them to your bid with the marks behind every number.
Share one takeoff across a bid. Everyone sees the same marks, the same findings and the same corrections.
Prepare quantities for a bid form and keep a record of how each one was measured and reviewed.
Include your usual measurement and checking time.

Today
That's what it's built to do: it reads the plans, marks the work and measures it, and you review the result. How much it finds varies by discipline and by how a set is drawn, so you check every takeoff and add anything it missed.
A markup tool gives you drawing tools and leaves the takeoff to you. floQTO does the takeoff, then gives you the tools to check it.
No. Quantities are estimates to support your work, not a guarantee. Review and verify them against the plans before you rely on them. Your bid and pricing stay your responsibility.
Access is by approval. Send a request and we'll review it. A request doesn't create an account. If you're approved, you'll get an invitation link.
A PDF plan set. Vector plans work best, and sets that mix vector sheets with raster details are fine. A set that is entirely scanned isn't supported yet. A bid form in Excel or PDF is optional.
No. If you have one, attach it and floQTO uses its item wording as a guide. Quantities come from the plans, and its quantities and prices are never used.
No. Each firm has its own workspace, and plans, takeoffs and bids are only available to signed-in members of that firm. Your source PDF stays as you uploaded it.
Pricing isn't final. The calculator uses an illustrative $499 a month with 16 takeoffs included, and $30 for each one after that.
Tell us about your firm and we'll review your request.
